Fudge Brownies

We've taken one of our favorites—classic brownies and given them a unique twist with a little help from Ziggy. These brownies are rich, thick, and incredibly fudgy, with a deep chocolate flavor that's out of this world. We use no chemical leavening, just our sourdough culture that gives them a subtle tang that perfectly balances out all that usual sweetness. They're a decadent treat on their own, with a cup of coffee or tea, but warmed up with a scoop of ice cream—now that's a dessert that any chocolate lover would appreciate!
