Similar to our White Sandwich bread this is a go-to bread for anything from simple breakfasts to school lunches but with a flavor boost due to the addition of whole wheat, rye and spelt flours . As with our White Sandwich bread we are aiming for a loaf that has all the benefits of sourdough bread, while having a tighter and softer crumb.
