Conchas - Single
We've taken the beloved Mexican concha and given it a sourdough twist. More than that, our concha base actually shares the same recipe as our English Muffins. It's a marriage of two kinds and an honorary tribute to the classic pan dulce. The result is a soft, pillowy crumb with a slight tang that beautifully complements that iconic, sugary streusel-like shell on top. A unique depth and chew that only sourdough can provide that will have you coming back for more!
