Sourdough baking is an age-old, time honored craft that, at its core, combines flour, water, sourdough culture, salt, and time to create products with unique flavors and textures. It involves nurturing a live culture and embracing the natural fermentation process for a wholesome product.

Absolutely all of our products are naturally leavened with a sourdough culture.  No commercial yeast or  chemical leavening agents are used.


Artisan baking is all about a hands-on approach, using simple, high-quality ingredients, traditional methods and a whole lot of patience to create products with character and soul ~ some might even say artistic.  Unlike commercialized baking which prioritizes machine-made consistency, artisan sourdough baking embraces the unique variations that are a result of many natural factors at play in the process.
